Sensible Care is an enterprise-grade, government-aligned platform built to digitize and automate the administration of Australia's Support at Home aged care program. It gives elderly clients full control over their care journey — from submitting service invoices and tracking real-time budgets to communicating securely with their care team and granting family oversight.

The platform serves nine distinct user roles — from elderly clients and their family representatives to service providers, care managers, account managers, division managers, finance teams, compliance officers, and system administrators — all within a single, role-based access-controlled system.
